How the Process Works
We follow a three-step process that ensures coaching is focused, measurable, and tied directly to performance outcomes.
STEP 01: IDENTIFY
We align with senior leadership on the middle-layer population, performance context, and what “high performance” needs to look like in your organization — so the diagnostic is anchored in real business expectations.
STEP 02: DIAGNOSE
Each leader completes the Hogan assessment, followed by two structured debriefs: a deep-dive session with me, and a separate session with an organizational psychologist.
The outcome is a clear diagnostic report outlining strengths, derailers, performance risks, and where development will create the greatest lift.
STEP 03: SHORTLIST
We share the diagnostic insights with senior leadership and recommend the leaders who will deliver the highest performance return.
Together, we confirm the shortlist for the 12-month high-performance coaching program, ensuring investment goes where it matters most.
Once the shortlist is confirmed, leaders enter a three pillars methodology designed to elevate performance and execution in the middle layer.
