How did this all begin?
I wasn’t always an Executive Performance Coach.
For 15 years, I thrived in the high-stakes world of investment advisory—trading securities and leading teams at PwC, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Bloomberg.
Despite the success, something was missing.
In March 2022, while isolated with Covid, I meditated on one question:
“What’s my purpose in life?”
After 40 minutes of silence, I saw one word: SOLVE.
The next morning, I knew exactly what to do.
Today, I combine my professional experience with coaching credentials to help high-performing leaders solve performance problems.
